Sprint is a task management application designed for software development teams. The Service allows users to create, organize, and track tasks, projects, and team workflows.

6. MVP Status & Service Availability

Sprint is currently in MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase. During this period:

• The Service is provided free of charge
• Features may change without prior notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Data backup is your responsibility

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAPP Studio s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
